Don’t complain about spending close to $500 for a pair of Nike Elites. That’s nothing compared to what these boots would cost.

Designed by Orravan Design in Paris, the boots were designed to celebrate Mamadou Sakho’s debut for France against Brazil. The boot is the Windchill Mercurial Superfly II, evident with the word ‘Mercurial’ on the heel of the boot in blue. The left boot is decorated in the colours of France, while the right boot is in the colours of Brazil.

There is said to be a combination of 5000 Swarovski crystals used in the making of these boots. How much would these cost? Well a pair of Swarovski earrings with a single crystal on each earring is US$75. Times that by 2500 (because it’s two crystals for that price) and you get US$187,500! This is only a rough estimate and it won’t be possible to actually buy these. But the design is definitely unique and applause must go to Orravan Design for creating this masterpiece.
